To ensure that the best level of after sales service support is available the following procedure is generally implemented:

Preparation of detailed operator and service manuals
On-site familliarisation courses, with an emphasis on train the trainer
Development of a local agent (usually the base vehicle agent ), who will support the base vehicle and the conversion
24/7 phone support
Express freight of parts
Mader technicians visiting on-site in the earliest possible time frame, usually within 2 days
