To ensure that the best level of after sales service support is available the following procedure is generally implemented:

  • Preparation of detailed operator and service manuals
  • On-site familiarisation courses
  • Development of a local agent (usually the base vehicle agent), who will support the base vehicle and the conversion
  • 24/7 phone support
  • Express freight of parts
  • Mader technicians visiting on-site in the earliest possible time frame, usually within 2 days
