- Preparation of detailed operator and service manuals
- On-site familiarisation courses
- Development of a local agent (usually the base vehicle agent), who will support the base vehicle and the conversion
- 24/7 phone support
- Express freight of parts
- Mader technicians visiting on-site in the earliest possible time frame, usually within 2 days
