These ambulances are currently based on the Mercedes 318 as well as the latest 316 NCV3 4x4 vehicle. Previous models were converted into ambulances by Mader and used by the defence force and various ambulance services in Australia. Used mainly for remote or rural applications, they have proven to be robust and efficient in some of the harshest conditions. |
